Good running resources

Kenatl posted a really cool site in the Nike Challengers thread:

I love that I can clock my distances without driving around with my odometer running or second-guessing the accuracy of my Nike+ sensor. And iot is so easy to use. I've shown this around to a few friends and really blew their minds, such a great idea.

I'd like to see some other examples of online resources for runners. Who's got 'em?

[sign in to see URL] is another great resource for runners, they provide most of the information from their magazine without making you pay for a subscription. They have good training plans, nutritional information and reviews on shoes and gear.

Im sure most have seen this already. But the runners network and the runners library on [sign in to see URL] is a pretty good resource. I have the Nike Fanatics community on the runners network area and I would love to see some new members.

Re: Good running resources

Heres an idea for Apple that I think would be easily implementable into the shoe sensor: add a compass. Then integrate that with these mapping programs that everyone has found. You could choose your starting poing on the map, and then based on your distance in each direction, the program could draw your route on the map. This could also provide you elevation chart information. Just a thought, seems like something that would not be too difficult to integrate.
