zilla, how do you take snap shots like that? Do you have to have some sort of program? I would like to post mine as well.

Thanks,

Josh

I use a screen capture application called HyperSnap [sign in to see URL]
There are alot of scrren capture applications, some one gave me this so that's what I use.

Then I upload it to [sign in to see URL]

Then use the "insert image" button on this page to link it.

It sounds complex, but it's pretty easy.

Also, I have run twice already to today and I'm thinking about a 3rd time once the sun goes down. You better get on your horse!

Re: Fat Boy Marathon

Looky, looky who has some miles registered. It was slow, but it counts. As I was "running", Steeler training camp was letting out. What a crowd to try to get around.

Great job Volrus, I see your back in it.

Yep, got back into it last night without any shin pain which had me pretty fired up. The true test will be tomorrow night when I run again and see if I have any pain at that time.

To all you Fat Boy [sign in to see URL] all these miles being logged and some of you running 3.5 miles at a time, I question whether or not you all are truly "Fat Boy" worthy! Hell, I struggle to run one mile at a time without passing out!

I'm fat, take my word for it! 6'2" and 240 pounds. I started out at almost 250, but then got the NikePlus and started running. I stepped up to 5k a day just for you guys! I am also training for a 5k Friday night so I am trying to run in the heat more.

That's awesome! I'm fatter than you emoticon

I don't think that's the correct tense for fat, but anyway, good luck with the 5k! I haven't lost any weight but that's because I still eat like a horse!

You might be a "fat boy" if

1) If a Big Mac is an appetizer
2) You order the #1 Biggy Size and a diet coke
3) You go to pee and can't see your toes
4) etc....

Re: Fat Boy Marathon

I ran a 5k at lunch today, man it was hot (95), but I sweat a lot and that is my true goal! My pace was off, but I feel great having stuck it out in the heat. Here is my run

I have built a good lead based on my runs yesterday and this afternoon

(I added the Flash logo emoticon )

I'm going to try and get another 5k in tonight, if my knees hold out (its Advil time)

One more thought, for the guys dealing with injuries, I think it would be fine with you went out and walked instead of running. While I am enjoying the challenge, the true goal is for us to get out and exercise and work up a good sweat.

You guys are really motivating to get out and run, I truly appreciate it.

Great run Owenzilla. You are a monster. Keep up the hard work.

I should have made the challenge to 50 miles. You're burning up the track.

I get some miles in this week, I leave for Calgary on Moday for 7 weeks. I still get home on the weekends, but because it takes me 8 hours to get there and back I will only be able to run 3 days a week (I don't run on the weekends, that is family time). Look for me to start dropping off after Friday.

Re: Fat Boy Marathon

I heard from Maximus today. Max was injured on Saturday. I should have named this the Gimpy Marathon. Max will be up and running soon. A lot of people are getting healthier by using their Nike+. I wonder how many injuries are occurring?
